In order to try the app - you will need to subscribe for it. There are 3 plans available: 1 month, 3 months and 12 months. Every plan comes with a 7 days free trial period during which you may cancel the subscription without any fees.
You will choose among the payment methods that Google Play or App Store offers in your location. Unfortunately we are not able to add any payment method that is not listed.
If you have encountered some problems while using our app - please contact our support and we will fix the problem. Please note that uninstalling the Biky Academy app will not automatically cancel the subscription.
The cancelation process varies depending on the platform through which you have subscribed.

Unfortunately profile creation is not possible with the current version of the app. This feature will come soon. Right now you may subscribe to our newsletter to learn about new arrivals, special discounts and interesting articles about children education.
Right now your Binky Academy profile is linked to your device and Google Play or App Store account.
