How does Binky Academy work?

Binky Academy is very simple and intuitive. Children learn while they play. The app adapts the learning program to the age, interests and abilities of the kid.
To start using Binky Academy - simply subscribe to a plan that fits your kid the most and start your free 7 days trial.

How do I subscribe and what payment methods I can use?

Accepted Answer

In order to try the app - you will need to subscribe for it. There are 3 plans available: 1 month, 3 months and 12 months. Every plan comes with a 7 days free trial period during which you may cancel the subscription without any fees.
You will choose among the payment methods that Google Play or App Store offers in your location. Unfortunately we are not able to add any payment method that is not listed.

What currency will I be charged in?

In the app, the prices will be available in your currency if they are available within the store you use (Google Play Market or App Store).
On the payment page, the price listed will be the currency that your credit or debit card will be charged in.

How can I cancel my Binky Academy subscription?

Accepted Answer

If you have encountered some problems while using our app - please contact our support and we will fix the problem. Please note that uninstalling the Biky Academy app will not automatically cancel the subscription.
The cancelation process varies depending on the platform through which you have subscribed.

How can I log in and out of the app?

Unfortunately profile creation is not possible with the current version of the app. This feature will come soon. Right now you may subscribe to our newsletter to learn about new arrivals, special discounts and interesting articles about children education.
Right now your Binky Academy profile is linked to your device and Google Play or App Store account.
